醫生徵文比賽



聯署開始後60小時,簽名人數已經超過700人,


首先感謝某醫生今天在臉書,分享了2009年蘇總裁給大家的減薪信,和2015年的信比一比,證明了字真的是兩個口。開口埋口講程序講規矩講機制,這一年來的香港很可怕,是誰在破壞機制?

請各位同事幫手,我們急需要找尋多年的文件和當年的轉制故事,我現在邀請大家參加醫生徵文比賽」,題材為3%或任何有關薪酬的事。

  • 得到最多讚和瀏覽的頭三篇投稿,會長會自己掏腰包送禮物和請食飯,
  • 投稿人也可以選擇不刊登文章和不公開作者名字。

以下是不同醫生在聯署的額外意見
  • 靜坐
  • 新舊制員工的 allowance 有很大差別,造成同級不同酬,亦應該檢討
  • 如果醫生於2015年內任HA, 1/2016會退休或其他原因離職,請說明是否都可以追回3%
  • 儘快草擬工業行動細節。首先應以不影響普羅市民為原則。
  • we would follow any next salary reduction for CS if only we get the salary increment at this time, otherwise, we have no reason to follow any salary survey.
  • "The letter from the head of HR has informed us that we are downgraded into the class of subvented organization. Future pay rise may be delayed and no retrospective payment be dated back.
  • It is a promise of the HK government to those opted for HA term of employment that the employment term will be on a par with civil servant of the same grade. If the government failed to keep the promise, then legal action should be taken.
  • It is not just those retiring will be affected. Any existing staff of HA, not just medical staff can be put on another employment term that HA create. The result is obvious."

  • Li had issue a letter saying that our salary (as all subvented NGO) is de-linked to that of GS.  If that is the case why we should follow the GS with a pay cut of 3 % a few years ago? It is unfair if pay cut is link but increase is de-linked. This issue not only affect doctors but also affect every grade of staff in HA. It is not the 3% but the de-linking that is the more important.

  • Write to HA to refute the statement about "delinked" in Li's letter to all doctors

  • Please prepare further action in case HA Board reject our petition because Board members' perspective may be much different from us. Usually, they will stand on the Government side.
  • Not following the government pay adjustment will actually induce more problem than solution for HA
  • No such new salary structure in HA, always LINKED, DELINKED only drive down efficiency and qualify, we still have problems of retaining high quality staff, can HA or GOVT tell us what new salary structure we should take reference?

  • I feel difficult to accept the decision of HA.

  • Despite being delinked from the CS pay scale, HA staff have the legitimate expectation of being treated the same as the civil servant counterparts in this Pay Level Survey exercise, for good or for bad.
